The podcast, and her social media, are ways for Taylor to share with you some of her personal reflections, psycho-education, and connect. It is important to Taylor to share her story, even when it is uncomfortable and painful, because of how it can help normalize experiences, encourage others to own their stories and use their voices, and can be educational. Taylor’s intentions in using her public social media platforms responsibly include:
- to create a sense of connection
- to let people know they aren’t alone by being vulnerable & authentic in sharing personal experiences
- to post educational content and resources by sharing things she’s learned
- to break down the isms and taboo topics through her podcast and elevate others who are doing the work too
Taylor continuously strives to challenge herself in the areas of vulnerability, self-compassion, authenticity, boundaries, and feeling her feelings...even when they suck.
